SAINTLAVO follows Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA). This page explains what we collect, why, and what you can ask us to do with it. Last updated 26 October 2026.
What we collect
The details you give us in our forms, messages and calls: your name, phone number, email address, and anything you tell us about your business and goals.
Why we collect it
To contact you about our services by text, WhatsApp, email or phone, to book and confirm strategy calls, and to run the work we agree with you. We don’t sell or rent your details to anyone.
Who we share it with
Only the tools we use to run our business: GoHighLevel (our customer and messaging system) and Google (website ads and measurement). They store your data on our behalf and are not allowed to use it for anything else.
Cookies
Our pages use the Google tag to measure which ads bring visitors to the site. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
How long we keep it
Only as long as we need it for the reasons above, or as the law requires. After that we delete it.
Your choices
You can ask to see the data we hold about you, correct it, or withdraw your consent at any time. Reply STOP to any text, or message us on WhatsApp at +65 8227 8436, and we’ll act on it.
