When the clock starts
The day the campaign goes live, not the day you sign with us. The build (landing page, ad creative, AI setup) takes about one week.
The remedy if we miss it
Get your fee back, or we keep working for free until you reach the number. You still carry your own ad spend during that period, because it is your ad account.
What voids the guarantee
Not showing up to booked appointments, not responding to prospects we hand you, refusing to film the agreed creative, pausing the ad account, or running a competing campaign in the same market. The guarantee assumes the agent does the agent’s part.

Signed listings. The agreement names a number of signed listing agreements per month, and leads or enquiries on their own do not satisfy it.
How is my guaranteed listing number decided?
On the strategy call, from the size of your market, the price points in it, current advertising competition and the number of appointments you can personally service. It is agreed before launch and written into the agreement.
What happens if you miss the guaranteed number?
If the agreed number isn’t reached within the guarantee period, we continue running the campaign at no further management fee until you reach it, and our 100% money-back guarantee applies to our fee.
Who pays for the advertising?
You do, directly to the ad platform, because the campaign runs in your own ad account. That keeps the audience data, creative and conversion history under your control.
